okazio connects buyers and sellers across Switzerland, private individuals and businesses alike. The platform handles neither payment nor delivery: it is there so people can find each other, talk, and agree.
Post a listing
Photograph the item. The assistant suggests a title, a category, a description and a price range drawn from comparable sales. You read it over, correct it, publish. Everything can be edited by hand, and nothing forces you to use the assistant.
Get found
Your listing is translated into all four site languages. Someone searching for «Kinderwagen» in Bern will find your pushchair posted in French, with nothing extra on your part.
Negotiate
Messaging carries numbered offers: you name an amount, the other side accepts or counters. Each new offer cancels the previous one, which rules out misunderstandings about what «the» agreed price was.
Close the deal
You agree on a place and a time. After the sale each of you rates the other. Both ratings appear only once both have been submitted: nobody can tune theirs to match what they received.
